Our partner courier delivers the parcel to your apartment door regardless of the floor. You can note any specific access details in the order comments.
what payment methods are available
We accept cash on delivery paid directly to the courier, as well as bank transfer to our corporate account. Card payments and installments are not supported.
how can I return a product
You can return any product within 30 days of receipt, provided it remains unused and the security seal is intact. Return shipping costs are covered by the customer, unless the product arrived damaged or defective.
