You can return any product purchased from Karteron within 30 days of delivery, for any reason, provided it remains unused and in its original packaging. On this page we explain our policy terms, the required actions, shipping costs, and the refund process.
30-day refund guarantee
The return window is 30 days from delivery of the package. This applies whether the product arrived damaged, is defective, does not match your order, or you simply changed your mind.
Return conditions
- Damaged or defective product: replacement or full refund, including original shipping costs. Please attach photos to your message.
- Incorrect product: we will send the correct item and arrange collection of the incorrect item at our expense.
- In the event of withdrawal: the item must remain intact, in its original box, with security seals and labels untouched. Return shipping costs are your responsibility, while original delivery charges are non-refundable.
- Items with a broken tamper-evident seal cannot be accepted for health and hygiene reasons, unless a defect was identified upon delivery.
Return process for your parcel
- Within 30 days of receipt, contact us at [email protected] or +30 504 595 022, including your order number, the reason for return, and clear photos if the bottle is damaged.
- We process your request within one business day, providing an authorization code and our full address details.
- Place the bottle in its original protective box, include a note with your return authorization code, and seal the parcel securely.
- Hand over the parcel for shipping, message us the tracking number, and keep your proof of postage until your refund is processed.
Refunds and processing time
We inspect the condition of the item in our laboratory within 3 business days and send you written confirmation. Refunds are issued using your chosen payment method: for cash on delivery purchases, we credit the bank account you specify, while for electronic payments, the refund is credited to the original account. Banks typically display the funds within 1-5 business days.
Exchanges and cancellations
If you prefer a different item, complete the return and place a new order. We issue the refund once we receive the original bottle. Free cancellation is accepted before the parcel is packed and dispatched by sending an email to [email protected] with your order details.
